Taco Tuesday is Here at PaPa’s Smokehouse!

We’re excited to share something new with y’all. For the first time ever, we’re doing Taco Tuesday at PaPa’s Smokehouse!


We’ll be serving up tacos filled with your choice of brisket, pulled pork, or pork belly burnt ends, all topped with our fresh pineapple slaw that we make in-house. To make it even better, we’re finishing them off with Shen’s homemade salsa — a special recipe she learned from dear friends when we lived in Nambe, New Mexico. It’s got flavor, a little kick, and a whole lot of love behind it.


We’re also officially rolling out our pork belly. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been experimenting with different rubs and cooking temps, and sharing samples with our amazing customers. Thanks to all your feedback, we’re finally ready to put it on the menu.


We’re making plenty, but we’re expecting a big crowd, so come in early or call ahead for a to-go order if you want to make sure you get your hands on these tacos. They might go fast!
